Stay at the Mas Corbières

To take a break, take your time…
A short stay that combines rest and walks at your convenience.
Welcome preferably the day before your first hike.
Otherwise in the morning, as early you can before 10:30 am

With or without donkeys
Here are the 2 main hikes in a day loop:

Day 1: a hiking loop to the village of ST Martial, a classified village, beautiful Romanesque church from the 12th century to visit.
(picnic break at the edge of the stream or at the village café-inn) see descriptive hike

Evening meal at the cottage, prepared with fresh produce and garden products.
Quality food appreciated by young and old.
We often eat outside if the weather is nice, shaded terrace.
Breakfast at the cottage, we prepare the picnic for the next day's hike.

Day 2: a hiking loop on the ridges.
We join the transhumance draille at the Asclier pass, wide path on the heights in a magnificent panorama, from Mont Lozère to the sea.
Lunch break in the shade of the beech trees. Return to the farmhouse, possibility of a swim bathing at the edge of the river. (see hiking description)

You can also take a grand tour to the top of the Fageas or a shorter loop through the Bès pass and the old path.
Several hikes departing from the village of Notre Dame de la Rouvière, not to mention the "4000 steps" trail from Valleraugue, which climbs to the Aigoual mountain through a variety of landscapes.
