Transhumance Draille & Liron Mountain
2 to 7 day hiking loop.
This itinerary is for everyone, a day in the week.
We take the transhumance paths, wide paths taken by herds to reach the mountain, in a landscape open over all the Cevennes valleys.
From scattered planted stones, after a break under the beech we join the stoned trails lined with dry stone walls.
Small rivers are crossed, perched hamlets are discovered.
Culminating point on the Liron, granite massif which dominates the south of the Cevennes in the continuity of the Aigoual massif.
Warm welcome on farms or in small family structures.
